We arrived around 5:45 pm as walk-ins and were first told we may not be able to get fitted, but hung around for a little while. Then Sara came to help us and spent nearly an hour with us educating us and getting just the right shoe for my 94 year old father. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I wanted to try in my size however, we all certainly left extremely happy with the time and attention she provided.

I HIGHLY recommend Fleet Feet in Appleton! Their customer service is second to none. Shopping for my son's footwear hasn't been the easiest process in the past. But the foot and stride scans helped us understand his specific needs, and allowed our super nice sales attendant, Stephanie, to pull 3 options that were perfect to choose from. While he could've ran on a treadmill in the store to test them out (how clever!), she let him try them outside on the sidewalk to make sure he liked how the shoes felt when he ran. Two of the 3 felt great (colors of the 3rd didn't let them make the try-on cut), and a side-by-side comparison on each foot allowed for one pair to rise to the top. Stephanie also gave us a heads up about his stride pattern once he starts packing on the miles. As a less-than serious runner, I didn't know these scans even existed! And despite getting running shoes from another decent shoe store in the past, I will only be shopping for my own running shoes, in addition to my son's shoes, from Fleet Feet moving forward :)

I had previously left a review which I now have deleted due to coming back in today. Over a great conversation with feedback, and a little misunderstanding on my part. Today I had the experience I was hoping for from all the great reviews I’ve read! They stand by their service and want nothing but the best experience possible. The fitting process was awesome and I was able to learn about my feet, and the correlation with my pain issues. Today Randy went above and beyond in helping me find insoles and new shoes. I love the fact they don’t push you to buy anything! I really love that they watch your posture as you walk and focus on details other shoe stores don’t tell you! Very knowledgeable in their products is a bonus as well! When I need a new pair of shoes or insoles I will be returning, and I would absolutely recommend to others after experiencing the whole process. Thank you Fleet feet and thank you Randy! My apologies for any misunderstanding.

Amazing staff and selection. They allowed me to try multiple pairs of shoes before deciding on a pair. I highly recommend and will be going back for any running needs.

My husband and I came in as new runners and was looking for some guidance on shoe recommendations. Kelsey helped both of us and was nothing short of amazing. Between the assessment, friendliness, and customer service - absolutely blown away. We left with the best fitting and feeling shoes which made us so excited to try them out. Your FEET MATTER! And the pros at Fleet Feet do it differently than most. The fitting process separates a good shoe - from the best shoe for you. Jeremy helped tremendously! He evaluated my gait, my feet, my size, and my needs. He patiently helped me try on several pairs of running shoes and compare them until a clear winner was determined.
